All orders are directly dispatched from our warehouse in Mangere, Auckland. Customers also have the option to pickup their orders from our warehouse on Monday to Friday, between 8am to 3pm.
Orders received before 6:00 pm are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. Freight usually arrives between 2-4 working days for Northland and 4-6 business days for South Island.
You may track your delivery progress online using your order number on our website. Simply enter your tracking number from the "Order Status" you will see the estimated date of arrival and the location of your goods at any time.
Please note that inside delivery is NOT available on any order.
ATTENTION: Delivery damage must be noted at time of delivery and signature request. JNH Lifestyles must be notified of any damage to your sauna within the same day of signing and receiving your shipment. Failure to notify JNH Lifestyles within the established time frame will result in the owner taking full responsibility for cost of ALL REPLACEMENT PARTS including shipping and handling fees. If you did not include insurance when placing your order, it is your responsibility to file a claim against carrier.
Here at JNH Lifestyles, we offer a 30 day return policy, there are no catches. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
